The National Senior Advocate - Savon Dental

The National Senior Advocate has partnered with Savon Dental to bring you Arizona’s premier dental plan. Enclosed you will find a list of dentists, a list of prices for procedures and an outline of the plan. Savon has done a background check on each of the dentists who apply for acceptance in the Savon Dental Plan. One out of every seven dentist is turned down, so you can feel confident using our list of dentist.

How to use:

1. Choose a dentist from the list of dentists and make an appointment.
2. At your appointment show your member ID card and tell them you are a member of the National Senior Advocate and Savon Dental.
3. Show your membership card to the Savon dentist. Point out the Savon Dental number at the bottom of the card. Your dentist will need this number to verify your membership and process your billing.
4. With your membership you will receive a savings of approxi- mately 50% on all your dental needs.

Vision

The Coast to Coast (CTC) Vision Plan has contracted with over 12,000 eye care locations nationwide (see below). Members save on eyeglasses, contacts, eye exams and surgical procedures.

The CTC provider network is the most comprehensive in the U.S. and includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, independent optical centers and national chain locations such as Pearle Vision, JC Penney Optical, Sears Optical, Target Optical, Lens Crafters, and Eye Masters.

How to use:

Simply show your National Senior Advocate Association membership card at the time of service. Payment must be made at the time of service in order to receive a discount.
